I wrote this book because I needed a way to make sense of the chaos inside me—the heartbreak, the loss, the sleepless nights where the weight of the world was too much to bear. I poured myself into these pages because love is the most beautiful, terrifying, soul-shattering experience, and I’ve lived every piece of it. This book is my way of healing, of reclaiming the parts of me I thought I’d lost forever.
